This app is tailored towards personal flextime and overtime management without superfluous features for billing and project management (dedicated tools available for those purposes).
If you prefer updating times once daily (at day-end):
- Create a template and enter times once
- Create templates for each weekday (Set working days) OR situations (My Templates)
- Copy the previous day's template, then adjust start/end times if necessary
If you like tracking times in real-time on-the-go:
- Utilize the "Fast-Check-in" button
- Update end time using 'OUT' button when stopping work
- 'IN' button resumes when ready to restart work.
Note for US NON-EXEMPT Workers with Overtime Payout: The app doesn't automatically calculate overtime rates. Use "Overtime for Period" to calculate weekly extra hours. Consult the in-app FAQ page for more details on tracking Overtime pay. We are planning more automated features in upcoming versions; stay tuned.
